The Ministry has urged the UT governments to <strong>leverage the transaction-based Management Information Systems (MIS)<\/strong> now in place to ensure <strong>real-time monitoring<\/strong> and <strong>strict compliance<\/strong> with guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cThe UT Government must prioritize the timely and effective utilization of funds.
