Speaking to reporters ahead of his monthly public outreach programme at the Raabita Office<\/strong>, the Chief Minister said, \u201cIf Russia attacking Ukraine is considered wrong, then Israel waging war on Iran is equally unjustifiable. There was no just cause for Israel to carry out what it called a \u2018pre-emptive strike.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n He added that it would be deeply unfortunate<\/strong> if world powers remained silent in the face of this aggression, drawing comparisons with the international community\u2019s unified condemnation of Russia. Omar warned that the conflict could have serious implications<\/strong> for India. The CM expressed concern for the safety of Kashmiri students currently studying in Iran. \u201cIt will immediately affect us\u2014fuel prices will rise, the stock market will be hit, international flights could be disrupted, and most importantly, public sentiment will be impacted,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
