Pancholi made the observation while hearing requests for urgent listing of cases. The Bench said the Supreme Court Registry would verify the urgency of matters and list them accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will sit on Monday. We are not going to burden other Supreme Court judges, who have to study case files late at night to hear new cases. I will not bother any other Bench,\u201d the CJI said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the decision on whether one or more Benches would sit on December 22 would depend on the number of urgent matters found fit for listing.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cWe are not sure whether one or two Benches will sit. It will depend on the number of cases.
